It's funny before every comment someone posts in this sub they have to read the warning about saying something with the effect of "They've be attractive if..." Which one would assume this sentence will almost always be followed by "They lost that weight."
Looks like the same warning applies to health. Sure you have overweight people who run, or who "exercise" but at the end of the day you can't out run a bad diet and so "They've be healthy if..." they lost all that weight.

I know two sisters... One is smoking hot with an amazing body, BMI 18. One is 20-30 lbs heavier. Solidly in the normal range.
They are the same height, same facial structure, neither works out. The heavier one is a 5-6 due to skinnyfatness compared to her sisters 8-9 plain skinny.
Anyways my point is the fat is so disfiguring that even if it were true someone would be more attractive with weight loss, it's pretty hard to tell. And this isn't even overweight.

I agree. The fat puffs up all the facial features so that you can't even tell what they would look like. Add in the 50 layers of makeup they all use, and it's safe to assume they're all uggos.
