well yeah, but i don't want to hear about it

if you get online and brag about your "amazing transformation"... you're just admitting that you think you did something amazing, instead of the correct mindset of "eating like a human is something everyone should do"

they should be ashamed of their story because they let themselves get to that point, not proud

I agree, eating like a human is something everyone should do. But do you have the same mindset for those who were fat in their teenage years or younger when their parents controlled their diet?
