Just don't add any extra sugar to it. Use real pineapple + ice (instead of juice) and coconut milk instead of "coconut cream"? I'm sure you could get one down to the ~300cal range.

Then all you have to do is not drink twelve of them and you're good.

There's nothing wrong with one or two dozen drinks if you account for them in your daily intake and don't do it too often

12 of those, at 300 calories, would put you at 3600 calories. I mean, sure, if you burn enough energy to account for that, go nuts.
