By "watch weight" they mean they weigh themselves frequently. "Ah yes, by literally looking at my weight (300lbs for those interested) I have determined that I am still fat, and watching your weight doesn't work."

I eat fast food, and I have a pretty-good six pack for a 53 year old. But it has nothing to do with genetics, and everything to do with counting your fucking calories!

There's seriously a whole documentary about a guy eating only mcdonlds for a year and walking 45 min every day. He lost weight. Surprise.

This fatlogic bothers me so much. What the fats don't notice is that their fit friend works out all of the damn time. The difference is that regular people don't make a show of it every time they work out. They don't post 30 photos of myself on instagram or tell all their friends they went for a jog. They just do it.

I actually have a pretty shit diet, I eat a lot of unhealthy food. I make all of it myself. as I love to cook and I have a steady diet of red meat, bread, starch, and butter. I also consume a lot of hard drugs very often. I am the most healthy person I know of. I also exercise daily and train mma. I never get sick and recover from injuries very quickly. its really not that hard to figure out how to be healthy.
