People gain weight during the holidays. Shitlords only gain like three pounds, then they lose it. Hams gain like 10 and never lose it.

Ugh. People keep giving me chocolate. I don't even like chocolate but it's there and I'm eating it! Trying to adjust my macros for it but who am I kidding. I won't be surprised if I gain a pound or two but I'm a body builder so I know I have it in me to get rid of it. I'm not worried whatsoever. I'm bulking guys! lol

It's a different mindset too, it's a time when indulgent food is there, eat it if you want. Not eat everything you possibly can find

I love to eat the holiday food - on Thanksgiving and Christmas. These corn syrup calamities think they're supposed to eat that way for 3 months straight! It's no big deal to just cut calories the rest of the week leading up to the holiday, and no shitlord is going to have the distended stomach to fill up their plate 5 times.

Or lose weight because your family is across the country, your shit roommate is a piece of shit and you don't want to leave your room so you live off cheese its and whiskey for 2 weeks. Not to mention your lack of sleep because said shit roommate thought it would be great to get a hound dog that cries all day long which he leaves alone for 10 hours a day. I am looking forward to a real meal on christmas because the bar serves food for lonely people.
