Walks up an nonchalantly shoots the guy in the head. Totally calm, no panic or oops. That's murder or attempted murder. Then they look for shell casings and watch the woman die.

Why don't we have vigilante mob justice with torches and pitchforks again? It seems like if he had any fear of repercussion he might have behaved differently. Probably just didn't want to risk having to run after him if he fled because that much fat jiggles uncomfortably when running.

It's enraging. I'm a military cop, and I can say with 100% certainty that if this were military cops, all of those fuckers would be in jail and charged with murder/accessory to murder, within a few hours of the incident. I'm not trying to be a dick, but it just baffles me how the civilian side seems to operate with a level of corruption and negligence.

Because they have all you guys under control already. There's no "us vs them" in the military.

The guy was drunk, wrecklessly driving, and was believed to have just killed his wife. As someone who has a bit of law enforcement experience, you of all people should know not to jump to conclusions if you only have a small piece of the story.

More that his feet couldn't tolerate the stress of running with that much weight.
