When the top comment says "But don't forget to leave room in your calories for treats! Life without wine & chocolate is not worth living, imo!"

Bitch if she keeps guzzling wine and chocolate, she's not going to have a life to live. 4'9" and almost 200lbs. Pretty sure the ham's problem isn't forgetting the 'treats'

It's like telling a recovering alcoholic to celebrate their sobriety with a beer. The stupidity never ends with these people.

Sobriety in this case means: "You weren't blackout drunk in a whole week?! Wooohoo, Tequilla is on me!"....Idiots...

I think the idea is that if you force a perfect diet upon yourself, you're never going to follow it.

Implying this person had any good intent with their remark about chocolate and wine. It would not surprise me if they said it with some form of resentment, similarly to how insecure some people can be to the point where they tell anyone who loses weight not to lose anymore. There are too many failures I know who are somehow smart enough to monitor their intake and gauge their caloric take well enough to create a deficit that would yield results, but instead of maintaining that deficit they proudly exclaim how they can afford to eat this and that to cover the gap. Not surprising, these are the same people that look at others with scorn for doing something unbelievably easy while they constantly wonder why they cant follow suit.

Booze and chocolate are both great, I enjoy them regularly. Fat people hate, not food hate m8.

Didn't notice the 4'9 bit at first. I was like "under 200lbs, at least thats not death fat like I usually see on FPH" but holy fuck 4'9 190lbs is a BMI of 41!

Yup. Ever watched The Biggest Loser? Those hams drop almost ten pounds a week when they start acting like humans.

She's obviously still eating way too much.

Eats fatty shit, finds the entry on MFP with the least amount of calories.

"Hmmm red robin tavern burger and steak fries? No way that was 1500 calories. Oh here. it was only 300 #winning #weightlossgoddess"

It's amazing how stupid hams are. My SO's mom is insanely obese, like 400+lbs obese, and if she just stopped snacking every 5 minutes I'm pretty sure she could lose 2-3lbs a day. I'm not exaggerating, she finishes a "family sized" bag of chips every couple of days along with her regular meals. I would imagine this is the sort of shit this fatty is still pulling.

This. This is what pisses me off constantly. The more a person weighs the less work they have to do to lose weight and the more praise they get for losing it. What the FUCK. Like... no fucking shit you lost weight. What did you do?? Not use the scooter in the Wal-Mart where you buy the bullshit you try to tell yourself is "food"? Fuck oooofff.

" Thank you for the reply! Admitedly, I love food too much to "diet." But I can eat in moderation! And I can cook awesome healthy meals."

She doesn't diet.

She can eat in moderation. She doesn't.

She can cook awesome healthy meals. She doesn't.

Her words not mine!

I have yet to meet a fat that can cook anything without dumping pounds of butter onto it.

I unsubbed from all the fitness related stuff. I got sick of hams like the idiot we're discussing celebrating losing a pound. Or the continuous "this is it! I'm really doing it this time!" Or "my first day was successful!"

Fuckers are just looking for praise for doing fuck all.

But, I did just subscribe to loseit so I could upvote all the sane comments on this post.

Where's that video of the little girl going "Good job pooping" towards a dog? I want to post that to her in response.

Jesus, that is the most fucking pathetic thing I've read in awhile. She needs to get down to 115 at 4'9" to have a human BMI. One pound is... 1.33% of the weight she needs to lose. That's a margin of error.

Celebrate me! I'm 1.33% of the way towards becoming human!

For some perspective that would be like celebrating at the 133m mark when doing a 10k.

115 at 4'9" is still pretty chubby looking if it's all fat and no muscle. She should be on the lower end of the BMI scale, not tipping the line between small cow and large horse.

It actually is detrimental to start celebrating an achievement prematurely. Psychologically the validation one receives from the people around them for attempting a goal is almost as good as reaching that goal, once you feel validated it becomes very easy to lose motivation and stop. People that tell everyone they know about a difficult achievement they are starting to work to are less likely to actually complete it then if they had waited to tell people.

But fatties need instant gratification.

She could lose 190 lbs by throwing herself into a sarlacc pit. That might impress me.

However, not fast enough for my taste.

Despite living in a barren desert with little to no opportunity to forage for food, sarlaccs still wont eat garbage.

[–] CatNamedJava ago

That's terrible. The sarlacc doesn't need to be eating that much fat .
