See, thats the thing. If you develop a disease/illness where you are at risk for gaining some extra weight, you need to adjust your food intake accordingly. I definitely think thats a reasonable thing to do...instead of stuffing your face/gaining 200 pounds and blaming ALL of it on your illness.

Bmr in women with pcos can be as low as 1100 cals a day. Its entirely possible she got that size on 2000 cals or even less, a day.

BMR is not the same thing as TDEE. BMR is completely at rest and 1100 is an extreme value.
If she is as active as she claims she should be well over 2000.
BUT EVEN IF YOU'RE RIGHT (you're not), she still ate too much. A low BMR just means your body doesn't use much energy to stay alive.
