I'm not familiar with what C section scars look like, but somebody reassure me by telling me that's not what that is on the left side. This thing shouldn't be a mother.

That's a cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal) incision. "Female" obeasts are at particular risk for gallstones, especially due to their horrendous diets. But hey, HAES, amirite?

I can't imagine a surgeon slicing into that skin and not causing an explosion of fat.

It looks like it could be an older scar from a full bypass. My understanding is that they used to make an "L" shaped incision all down your body. But it appears this one is a bit short. I don't know. It appears to be a formerly male piggy with makeup
