5) You can eat the things you like.

This is one of my favorite things. Eating things that make fatties fat with ZERO guilt. Hell if I don't eat enough each day I get sore due to muscles not recovering from my workouts. Of course I'm talking burgers with no mayo or cheese, bacon and eggs, things that are actual food. I still choose not to eat cookies, cake, sodas, and sugary garbage food in general.
