I keep thinking that a point or two underweight is bad... but then I think about all the swole people who are a point or two overweight. They're certainly not unhealthy. I have no problem mirin' someone who's, say, 5'10"/180 with a bmi close to 26, but a bf% well under 10.

I still can't get out of the mindset that a bmi under 18.5 is unhealthy, though. Help me out?

Some people with a small bone frame will be at their healthiest when they are slightly underweight by BMI.

Also, BMI becomes slightly skewed at very tall and very short heights. Short people's BMIs are misleadingly low, while tall people may have a higher BMI than one would expect from their appearance.
