Wait wait wait. Are we hating on the consumption of meat here? This is a place for fate hate, not vegan hippie bullshit.

I have to agree. Why do these comments keep popping up? We have the meat-haters, the anti-smokers, the "if you aren't a gym rat you suck" posts, and so on. None of this shit belongs on FPH, ever. There are only two things you need to do here: a) don't be fat, and b) hate fat people. Nothing else is relevant.

That's why I loved fph, because it doesn't matter what you believe in, your race, etc. As long as you hate fat people, and aren't fat, nothing else is remotely relevant.

But hippie non meat eating shit? No, no, no.

The key above is in "Normal people eat sustainably."
I read a projection that the Earth can sustain 10 billion people max. Did they include fats? I doubt it. At the rate fats are growing, we are probably pushing 12 billion normal sized equivalent.
They are a large factor in the current deranged farming practices.
They can be blamed for all the water shortages and droughts due to these farming practices.
They are planet destroyers.

I think you're the one jumping on alternative hate-wagon, here. As OP said, "People eat meat, that's fine, I get it."

Vegans or not, we are all entitled to hate fat people. I imagine a significant proportions of vegans and vegetarians make up this forum. We are all united by hatred of fat people. No need for the vegan-hate!

Yeah, I interpreted OP's post as more of along the same lines as why eating chicken is ok, but cockfighting is not. Eating meat is fine, eating absurdly large portions of it just because you're a glutton is not.

Yeah, I'm with ya. If you're living a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle, that's cool, but there's no need to get preachy and subtly shame the omnivores. Let's stick to hating fat people, not food choices.

I lift weights and have a low body fat. The best part of meat is knowing the inhumane conditions it survived in. It adds flavor knowing the animal suffered greatly.

I agreed. This chicken died a terrible death for my gains, it would be truly insulting to disrespect its sacrifice by not converting it to muscle. Conversely it is a greater insult to turn its sacrifice into additional lard for a sofa slug.

Resource use of any kind is one of the reasons we hate hams, but is hard to convey to nonshitlords without them tuning it out. It's sad. I also understand that animals will die for food, butif we didn't have people sucking down food, a lot of it being fried meat, we probably wouldn't need the huge amount of meat processing plants. These plants treat the animals like shit., and that comes from mass producing things. I'm saying if everyone used what a human should, pretty much everything would be at least a little bit better.

They use more gas anytime they drive too. A fucking drain of resources, and a drag on the progress of mankind. In the future, when NASA finally gets space travel down enough to colonize another planet, let's just hope they've kept sanity enough to have shitlord astronauts still. They'll only take the fittest of our species, and all the ham beasts will be left on earth to die.

Or we ciuld just send the fats on an exploratory mission to Pluto, where their fatlogic would be out of earshot. And then we can forget them there. Kinda like "The Martian" but with a happier ending

People being butt-hurt over the meat comments need to calm down. It's like they get to the part where he says "You know who they're hurting? Fucking animals mate." their eyes roll, they get offended because they eat meat and start thinking of ways to talk shit. It's not entirely dissimilar to how fatties behave when you tell them calories in vs. calories out...

OP is not trashing people for eating meat. OP is just saying fat people are causing more death than healthy sized people.

Agree. Eating too much meat isn't supposed to be good for you anyway, in terms of bowel cancers. And hams eat a shit ton of it drenched in oil

That's one of the reasons I struggle ethically with a bodybuilding diet. I've found over the years that the classic "bro" diet is, in fact, the one that yields the fastest results for me, and that means a shit ton of animal protein. I get a lot of mine from dairy (including whey protein) and eggs/egg whites, so it's not as damaging to the environment, but I do eat meat/fish/chicken every single day as the result. I wish I wasn't so freaking carb sensitive.

Think of it this way. That chicken can become glorious, aesthetically pleasing, useful muscle if you eat it. This prevents that chickens sacrifice from going to waist. Pun intended

I'm sharing this with every liberal I know. If we all do this then vegan missionaries will preach to fat people rather than normal sized people.

Never thought of that, fats by eating more end up killing more animals and environment. Eugh.
