Right? It's either bullshit (which it is, let's be honest) or she eats so fucking much that even an hour of exercise daily isn't helping.

Ah, see it's not just an hour of exercise. It's an hour of "intensive" exercise like getting pringles out of the box.

Sometimes it switches to weight training I am sure. Fork on light days and a spoon on days it wants to lift more. I am sure this thing can do some reps doing that would have me screaming to stop and be forced to put down the fork.

But when your paw is so wide, you do have to do a lot of wriggling to get them out! /s

A reasonable person reading that would think it means an hour a day. But as a fat,it means an hour total, split over the week.

And of course, being a fat it's exaggerating. Really its half an hour. Of walking. Back and forth to the fridge.

Isn't that literally what they said? "...I'm getting a full hour of intensive exercise in 7 days a week..." I mean, that reads to be as though they're saying they get an hour of exercise in a week. Not 7 days a week. Not an hour per day.

An hour a day doesn't burn much if you do a fatty workout. At my size, running at a pretty good pace for an hour is only 1200 calories max and I'm 240 pounds. A fatty is likely to burn 200-300 at most with their routine of stretching, waddling on a treadmill at 2 mph for 20 minutes, stretching some more, posting selfies, and then stretching.
