There are gummy vitamins now for children and adults. Costco has them on sale all the time, I buy them for my nephew to make sure he's getting at least some proper nutrition.

For me I see two easy steps to help kids:

Step 1: Instant oatmeal for breakfast, one packet only. There is your first portion control and it's filling.

Step 2: Crunchy PB&J sandwich for lunch on healthy bread with a sugar free juice box. If the kid is still fealing hungry just add a bit more peanut butter. Apple sliced, dried fruit that is naturally sweet, or a cheese stick as the desert.

It took me awhile to find healthy juice boxes but Walmart does sell them. I'm also so grateful that my parents raised me on wheat bread and healthier breakfast cereals.

This kid can't be more than 10. How fucking hard are you failing as a parent that you can't control your <10 year olds diet? Just, I don't know, don't keep shitty food in the house if he eats it there and if he's buying it at school don't give him money.
