Precisely. Notice how Bulimia.com complains about female action heroes in video games being thin and having low body fat percentages--as if a fat person being able to do what Lara Croft does is realistic--but these people never complain about male characters like Kratos being thin and having a low body fat percentage? They're fine with their eye candy being swole, whereas other people who want the same thing are evil misognyist body-shaming neckbeards.

Yes, and as you just pointed out, giving her more mass would be even more unrealistic. A large gut inhibits stuff like walljumping. Their complaints are in the opposite direction of realism. Compare Bulimia.com's proposed images to what the bodies of Serena Williams or Ronda Rousey look like.
