I would always do smoothies before the gym. Bananas, peanut butter or almond butter, apples, spinach and milk (You can't taste the spinach.) I switched over to soy milk for a while. Its about the same. The thing I noticed is my face cleared up a lot after switching to soy milk. I never looked it up, but i'm assuming the hormones in milk is what was clogging my pores.
