Looks like she used to be 150+ lbs heavier and this is the aftermath.

Now imagine what a megaham like Tess would look like if she lost weight. She could probably go wingsuit flying naked.

The real question is: Who has the higher mortality risk? Naked wingsuit Tess or the land-locked monster as she is now.

That's what I was thinking. She's going to need major surgery to ever look normal.

Even if she gets the skin removal surgery, she won't look normal again. Maybe she'll be able to look normal in clothing, but she will have tons of huge scars on her body from the surgery, which is also pretty hideous.

Apparently The Beast used crash dieting to lose weight and big, saggy surprise: this happened.

Yeah. I'm not 100% sure, but I think losing the weight more gradually could have avoided most of that sag.

If this sort of monster was going to be in Silent hills, maybe it's a good thing it got canned...

Due to popular demand, here are some of my favourite comments:

You need a therapist who specializes in body dysmorphia. You need to book an appointment with one today or tomorrow. Or with your family doctor if you need a referral to access therapy. You look fine. A lot of people have told you look fine.

Oh lordy it's body dysmorphia.

You are so focused on the appearance of your body, that you're forgetting a lot of other things. It's almost like you want to hear negative things about yourself, so you can get those negative feelings confirmed. Body dysmorphia is a thing. You're being obsessive and putting all your happiness on the one thing which you can't control, instead of focusing on the dozens of other things which you can control.

Another tick in the dysmorphia column. She looks fine guyz!

You've got body issues and considerably low self-esteem. You need to work on combating those in a healthy manner or it'll effect the relationships you have with other people including this guy.

Man, everyone's focused on her fee-fees.

I have barely there titties and my chest does that too. I'm pretty sure that's normal anatomy.

"Normal anatomy"

OP, you absolutely should be in therapy. You've lost a lot of weight and have loose skin - who cares? My partner was with me before, during, and after I lost over 200 lbs, and I very much empathize with your feelings because I had MASSIVE amounts of self-hatred for my body. Losing weight made it worse, and when I realized the threat it would become to my relationship, I started therapy. The first 100 lbs was the worst, honestly. I hated my body even more having lost that weight than I did when I was heavier and simply hiding my body all the time. I had trouble with intimacy almost the entire duration of my relationship because of how bad my body-image issues were.

Jesus.

To be continued

No shit. Internet psychologists have started throwing that diagnosis at everyone who is dissatisfied with how they look, almost all of them justifiably. It's part of the overall feels>reals circus, and the goal is to make the bad fee-fees go away through reality denial-- Tumblr cheerleading and daily self-love sessions, because you are perfect as you are!--rather than working to improve their cause, or mature/rational/honest self-acceptance in cases of what truly cannot be changed.

Please screen shot the comments?

This is so disgusting, and I'm sad that people sugar-coat it instead of being honest and helpful. She should continue losing weight and get a surgery.
