Well ... don't weight cycle? Just lose the weight once and stay there? Or just don't put it on in the first place?
This is of course ignoring the fact that weight cycling, within reason, isn't unhealthy. Our swole brothers do a bit of weight cycling and they are far from unhealthy.

Hells yeah. I lost 5 pounds today (mostly water) running. I will have it back by tomorrow. One cycle.

It's so weird when that happens. When I first got in to lifting there were a few times my paranoia tricked me into thinking I'd lost some mass, and end up overeating for nothing.
Lots of googling fixed that. Only weigh myself once a week now, because it's still a bit strange to see myself go up/down up to 7lbs every other day.
