A high schooler like this guy can just be really fat since the opposition is going to be relatively small, slow, and weak. He can get away with just being really heavy and hard to move. He only has to be quick enough to get in people's way. He doesn't really have to be strong, he just has to be strong enough to throw his own weight around.
Pros have to be the right combination of strong, heavy, and quick to be successful. NFL offensive linemen are typically in the 20-25% body fat range. When someone weighs 310 pounds that's 62-77.5 pounds of body fat a player is carrying around. Depending on how the fat's distributed they can end up looking similar to your average obese sedentary person who's 280 and 40% body fat despite the fact that the football player is constantly practicing and working out.
The lines on his shoulder pads make it look like he's got bitch tits but the pads make it impossible to tell. The thighs and and jowls make it clear he's in that group of exceptionally fat high school players that would have to overhaul their body composition in order to be an effective college player.
