While it DOES take dedication, I think you have to enjoy it too. I don't really enjoy running, but I LOVE biking and rowing, so I do those instead.

Fats have a different attitude about it though. They're like, "I hate running, so that means I hate all cardio." They give up too quickly, that's why they're fat.

While running is still not my favorite exercise (swimming), it takes far less prep time before and afterwards, for me at least. So it's easier to get done every morning before classes start.
