I can't imagine what it's like to have a goal to lose 100 lbs. When I set a goal it's like "gain 5 lbs of muscle" or "put some more definition on my abs", "add 20 lbs to my deadlift by the end of the month."

Right? What the fuck kind of sad shit is that? My goal is to still be mobile and active into my 80's
