Healthy at every size! Dying of a heart attack at 30 after walking on a treadmill is totally normal!

[–] dildonkers 0 points 87 points (+87|-0) ago

Watch the hams cry 'preexisting heart condition'.

It feels degrading. I find myself waiting for others to tell me if what I ate looks healthy enough, or if my diet plan is to their standards, if I’m eating few enough calories, if I’m losing weight like they did, moving like they are, doing it their way…

So you gave up and died as a result?

Dying is easier than exercising and losing the weight, so probably

I'm sure it was an eat fest from that point on.

Fatsos will say, eating was what kept her alive. When she started to diet and exercise - THAT is what killed her. Fatsos will begin to eat even more leading to more deaths - because they clearly weren't eating enough - will lead to more eating - until only one fat person remains.

You have to much faith in Hams thinking anything close to rational.

Watch the hams say "See I told you that exercising is bad for your health! she died from a heart attack after the treadmill. This is why fat people live longer!!"

Obviously, the take away (please forgive my pun) is that exercise is dangerous and unhealthy.

C'mon folks! Time to hit the social networks and warn people of this dangerous new anti-haes propaganda called "cardio".

I doubt it. Maybe they already did, since this happened over two years ago. Fat HAES retards dying isn't a new thing. Unfortunately the HAES community conveniently manages to ignore every instance where a fat person dies of fat related illness.

Here's another example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mia_Amber_Davis

Dead at 36 in 2011 from a blood clot.

If anyone has more names of activists who died from their fat I'd love to get a list going.

Um, SHE WASN'T HEALTHY, you moron!

Morbidly obese can never find a truer description. Her face and body should be in the dictionary next to the word.

There is more than one way to describe "healthy," shitlord.

Just because she didn't conform to societal health standards doesn't mean she was wasn't healthy.

Thin privilege is living to 31.

I hope the FA crowd is happy. We didn't do this. We hate fat. We hate fat people. But HAES kills them. KILLS THEM. Often slowly, limb by limb...

We will never be able to match that. It simply goes beyond hatred into a whole unimaginable realm of darkness.

I sometimes wonder, if there are people behind haes that push it for this result. Like if they view it as population control, or "culling the herd".

I don't think it's true, but if I'm honest with myself, if it was revealed to be true after all, how surprised would I really be?

I expect terrible things from people.

I merely hate fat people. Nature activity works to kill them.

Honestly, keeping the fatties out of the gym is something I am OK with. I'm tired of them getting in my way with their delusions. They need to control their diet first, as the gym alone is more than useless, it is outright dangerous with the heart conditions that come with morbid obesity. Diet. Diet. Diet.

I read somewhere that weight loss is 75% diet, 25% exercise.

You can still lower total caloric intake by going to the gym. I'm for anything that won't have future tax dollars coming from my pocket.

What the fuck is with that bullshit cop out attitude so many HAES supporters have? Like they have a preexisting condition that they are aware of, and instead of doing everything in their power to minimise the risks involved they just double down and go "Fuck it". Do they not see that they are only making it worse? Or do they not care? Or are they just too fucking stupid to comprehend the risks?

I have high blood pressure (As confirmed by three separate shitlord doctors) despite being otherwise healthy. I was diagnosed in my early 20's and unfortunately I have to take medication for it for the rest of my life. Instead of just throwing my hands in the air and going "Fuck it, giving up now", I am doing everything I can to minimise the risks. I am currently on the lowest dosage possible and have no side effects, I want to keep it this way. I don't want to be forced to take a higher dosage and face possible side effects. To me this seems like common fucking sense. Why the fuck don't fatcunts get this? You get literally one life to live, don't fuck it up you retard.
