Before and after photos aren't particularly impressive to me anyways. Why should I congratulate someone on something they should be doing anyways? When a child acts up and you give them an extra chore or task as penance, you don't congratulate them afterwords for doing a good job. The ONLY time praise should be given out is when someone's TRULY achieved something that's at the peak of human accomplishment. Rewarding anything else is rewarding the lazy for not excelling.

If losing weight is gonna be her thing, I want her to be the thinnest person in the world. Then she can have my praise.
