The problem with reading food labels is that fatties read "100 calories" and stop there. They don't see the "per serving" or the "10 servings per container". And then they eat the whole thing in one sitting and claim they only ate 100 calories, not 1000. That's why there are so many fats saying they've tried calorie counting with no results. They simply cannot read.

Isn't the per serving or pr 100 grams very misleading when you want to know how much is in the container?
