You do make some good points with your links and explanations I can't ignore. I'm not blind and have seen much of what those statistics say. I was partially right that blacks raised by whites perform better. I don't know if the different races have different genetic intelligent and civilized behavior ceilings. It would make sense. Even so, your last paragraph is the key to how one should look upon all this. Just because a race is a little different doesn't make them inferior, not when we are all so closely related. You can have a preference but that doesn't mean you must hate others, as some people do.

As someone who enjoys debating with people on the internet over a variety of subjects, it isn't often you get to make an actual impact on someone, or at least getting a response to know about it. And you've certainly made an impact on me. The reason why is you speak of understanding differences and little more, whereas most people who speak of racial differences speak of inferiority and hatred towards them. More often than not what they really hate are particulars of the culture, and when I point this out few have a response.

I will never agree to racial slurs aimed at people simply based on their skin color. Nor do I agree with slavery or mistreatment of those different, and I don't think you agree with that behavior either. The ones who go around calling every black person they see a nigger speak only from hatred and ignorance. If more racists were like you (and that term seems derogatory aimed at you since you seem far more reasonable) the world would be a happier place. I still won't consider myself as such, but I think I can be more honest with myself by acknowledging what I've known to a degree all along, but didn't want to admit. I wish everyone could be and act equal. I don't want to judge on skin color, so I suppose I'm fortunate I live in a predominately white area. I don't go seeking out any particular ethnicity to be my friend, I just try to find like minded people. They tend to be white as that's where I live but there are also people of color too, and so far that's been just fine.

I thank you for the thoughtful and reasonable discussion.

I appreciate your response. I very much enjoy debate and I endevour to do it honestly and intelligently. I know I've bothered you with this before and my intention is to get you to more or less this point, which is a planted seed and a genuine understanding of our point of view. What I want is to make sure you are attacking a steelman position going forward. Most people who represent my position are dumbarses who can't articulate as well. They are tired being called racists and racial slurs are an expression of exhaustion.

I firstly wanted to confront what I see as a strawman argument made by more aggressive anti-racists which is that racists hate people based on skin colour. This is not the case and has never been the case. I don't think anyone has ever hated blacks for their skin colour. You are exactly right that people hate the particulars of the culture i.e. race realists dislike blacks because of their behaviour and the content of their character. If you want to make more of an impact against racism, I highly recommend not using phrases like "just for the colour of their skin" because you are representing yourself with a strawman not worthy of respect and people are thus treating you without respect. Attack their actual position and force them to give you a proper response or you're wasting your time.

Your obvious position thereafter is that behaviour can be changed and I want to make the case that this might not be so easy and that it's not necessarily moral. To be a race realist is to confront the actually-kind-of-tragic fact that human races may never be compatible. I don't think a lot of racists want to be xenophobic, it's just that we see racial behaviour as being deeply immutable, making our incompatabilities permanent. To try to change or "fix" an entire race to fit our way of being is essentially domestication (or colonialism), which is morally questionable; and to attempt a multiracial society anyway is to doom all of us to constant friction, which seems silly and unnecessary. After all, the goal of multiracialism is not demonstrated to be an inevitable or required one and there is no reason we can't all respect each other from our borders in peace. What exactly is the great benefit we absolutely need from mixing everyone and making them all the same, especially in the age of digital communication? That would probably be the one question I hope you reflect on: Why is multiracialism the goal? Animals don't mix anywhere in nature and we certainly wouldn't make them if they didn't want it. The fact that places like New York City are more segregated now than under segregation laws, as well as phenomenons like White Flight, tells you that people don't want it and yet an alternative is never considered. Why are we fighting nature? Why isn't it enough to live as neighbours like wolf packs do? Why must we be completely intermingled?
