So what you're saying is that the medical establishment has always had a system of selectively denying care to some under certain circumstances? You're saying that thin people are realising this now that they may selectively denied by the existing system? You're saying that both thin and fat people could be denied service and that therefore there was never any discrimination against fat people specifically and fats' belief that there was was based entirely on selection bias and the fact that thin people have had no need to attend hospitals until recently? Essentially you're say that fat people need doctors a lot and this is an argument in favour of HAES?
