I control my portions and I count calories. Not that hard, really.

I've done it so much out of curiosity now that I can kind of gauge where I'm at throughout the day. I can't tell you the exact number, but I can say I'm around 1600 or something like that. I think if you do it and are honest with yourself it becomes second nature.

I'm the same way although every now and again I go back to counting firmly just to keep myself on track.

Exactly, that's the only thing to do. It isn't the complex magical thing obeasts would have you believe.

This is stupid. You can eat everything as long as you just count the calories.

Unless it's scotch. Scotch is an acceptable beverage with calories. If that's wrong I don't want to be right. :)

I'm trying this new fad called uh, jogging. I believe it's jogging or yogging. it might be a soft j. I'm not sure but apparently you just run for an extended period of time. It's pretty wild.

Wait, really? Like where do you run to? Idk it sounds pretty weird.. What if you get lost or something?

I run in a straight line, and then turn around when I hit an obstacle. I tried turning once but it took me hours to find my way back, luckily starvation mode kicked in so I didn't pass out from over exertion.

What? I've never heard of that one.. Crazy.. Just the other day I saw a dude in the gym doing a machine where he was.. yogging? But with his arms! The machine was called a rower.. But it had no oars!

10 minutes of 2mph powerwalking at the gym. 2 hours of mobility scooter cardio at the supermarket. 30 minutes of grocery bag lifts. Chinese buffet/iced lattes for protein...

Kidding. I count calories and go for long walks every day >_>

I exercise and eat the correct amount to maintain my weight. It's easy.

Just reading this subreddit is enough for me. Good god, it makes me not want to eat anything ever again

Sugar. Don't have it in the house.

I'm sure there are lots of people out there who have a healthy relationship with that white devil. I'm not one of them.

Well at least we're not alone in that. The hams in my family give me the dirtiest fucking looks when I ask for something sugar free or at least without any ADDED sugar. Jokes on them though, they're all gonna die young.

My biggest trick was telling myself to FIX my diet and not GO on a diet. Those who go on diets will almost always go back to the shit diet, this is why fat fucks say they dont work. They lack the self control to stay on it past their "goal". Me? I set out to adopt a health lifestyle. I set to ingrain balancing my diet with the proper nutritional requirements into my person and it worked perfectly. I discovered sooooo many different foods that were both easy to cook and delicious. Nowadays fast food makes me sick, too much sugar makes me sick, and not doing some sort of exercise leaves me restless. Fatties think a diet or a lifestyle is just a temporary stepping stone to get to where they want to go, but it's not. It is a lifelong plan to continuously improve oneself

Same here - I've changed my diet.
Any added sugar to foods makes me grossed out. I refuse to drink sodas for this reason.
