I am currently 63 hours into a fast. That's opposed to my normal routine which is to only eat once a day anyway. I have been doing this for about 10 years and I am still yet to struggle with weight gain or all these symptoms I should have from something so apparently unhealthy. I don't remember being in a doctor's office, I haven't had so much as a cold in years, and much to my displeasure, I haven't even been able to take a sick day off work in ages. To think fasting is a bad way to maintain weight is ridiculous. Fasting means I barely have to care about calories because, as long as you don't stuff yourself like a hippo, you can easy maintain a healthy intake.

Holy shit it is written like all the fat blogs that people post on here. I wish I could say I was surprised that they have even infiltrated this industry but these blue people are required by law of nature to undermine everything.

I'll agree that a fat person fasting for weight loss will probably gain it back and then keep on growing. But that's kind of like no shit. They're using fasting as a diet. If you go on a diet and then go back to your normal eating patterns of course you're going to just gain it all back!
What's really frustrating is that I have a hard time believing that the author is unaware of that fact. It has the stink of writing attempting to improve behavior without ever calling someone out on the problems which need addressing.

The author doesn’t want to hurt anyone’s fee-fees by stating the obvious truth.

Is there anything they don't suck at?
