Totally, you just have to be strict and get them a hobby they are passionate about. One is super into Special Olympics, he 'trains' all year for it. Another girl is super into singing so she is all about the YouTube videos (private channel). They get 3 meals a day plus two snacks ,on special occasions like birthdays and holidays they get a little extra. But if you keep them busy they are less likely to obsess over the food. Of course they try to sneak food on the regular but this is a totally manageable thing with the right mindset/team.

They're working on a way to supplement the hormones that tell you that your full to try to combat the ones telling these kids they're hungry. But yea, I've seen them have to literally padlock all the food in the cabinets and put a bolt on the pantry. The kid was so hungry he broke a cabinet door off. It's honestly really sad. This is probably the only "condition" I can think of that causes someone to truly lose their abiltiy to control food intake, because they actually feel starved to death all the time.
