The thing is, though, when they say "decency, agency, and visibility," what they mean is "your tax dollars." No one is treating fat people particularly badly, certainly not to the point where they need a civil rights movement. What they want is free healthcare. "Don't owe you health" means they want to be uncaring of themselves without suffering the consequences, and the consequences are medical expenses. The whole push for not being fat is about minimising your physical suffering, especially when that suffering is eased at the expense of others.
