I tried to log into Instagram yesterday/the day before (I assume that's what you mean by "Ig?") and it told me my account has been disabled for "violating their terms." And it told me I can request a file with all my activity...which I, confused, did...because I had no activity at all with that account; I'm pretty sure I used my secondary FB account to create a login just so I could look at a friend's pictures (I don't have an Insta account). The files are empty.

So how did I violate their terms by doing nothing? And why won't they tell me what I did or give me an option to fix it or whatever? I'm seriously confused.

Any thoughts or advice?

That's stupid. Can you just make another account? With hookers and blow?

You did something to piss them off. Generally I got banned for brigading.

They iP ban your device. To get back on you'll either need to hide your Ip address or get a new device and make a new account.
