This is another thing that pisses me off, and not just from fatties, but in general.
There are all these videos on Youtube of "eAtInG tHE sErVinG sIze fOr a DaY" which consist of people calling what are often quite reasonable portions, 'child-sized.' Portion distortion is real, especially among fats. I always see them moaning about cereal serving sizes. Honestly, the cereal serving size isn't that bad. I generally eat about the serving size, give or take a little depending on how hungry I am. But, when your normal serving comes out of a mixing bowl, I suppose everything is "child-sized".
And, suprise, suprise! This image is smaller than the serving size for pasta.

Also the cereal is always coco puffs or fruit loops. Never Cheerios! Personally I like to mix a bit of Cheerios with coconut flakes, walnuts to give it some balance with protein & fats. If I'm feeling decadent I throw in a few dark chocolate baking chips.

Oh, that sounds nice! I'll often have bran (the cold, crunchy type) with greek yoghurt, berries, and occasionally some cashews too, if I need the fat.
But obviously we haven't truly experienced cereal since we don't eat a mixing bowl of Lucky Charms every morning!

One does not simply get to 500+ lbs by eating child size portions. Fats always lie! That's what Dr. Now says - the patient lies, the scale doesn't.

We don't all need the same portion sizes. Literally no one ever claimed that. The suggestion is to eat the portion sizes that are appropriate for you. Note that is not the same as saying eat as much as you want. Tall people eating larger portions than short people is not the same as continuing to eat because it's still physically possible to force down more food.

And you can’t even eat based on your hunger, especially if you’re fat. We’re meant to be a little bit hungry at all times, it’s the normal state of being.

One ham even said it was ok to eat a whole POT of pasta. FFS.

I've been to 5 course meals at amazing restaurants that had smaller portions than this. I was still stuffed by the end, but it was worth it. If a fat wants quantity over quality there are plenty of feed troughs designed just for it: golden corral, chinese buffets, or kfc where they sell literal buckets of food. Fats better not ruin fine dining for me.

I hope she applies the same thought processes to drug dosing as she does to evaluating how much food it "needs", and ODs the next time she takes sleeping pills

8 course meals are not reasonable to begin with.

Here we go with the "deserving" thing again. By eating a normal portion, you're "telling" your body it doesn't "deserve" more? Literally what does that even mean? In what universe is energy need about worthiness? Christ.
