I'm loving the swole-dude-hate content that's been posted here the last couple of days. It's like I can mentally hear the bitterness in their laboured wheezy voices as they post about how they totally don't wan't jacked dudes, guys. Knowing fat bitches totally don't want me helped me set a nice deadlift PR on Monday.

"Eww, go away, disgusting dying bodybuilder! Don't you know that REEEEEEEaaaaaal men have moobs (man boobs)? I despise athletic men. PS, wanna hatefuck?"
Every femayo ever. Keep being swole, my dude. It shows actual dedication to yourself, unlike the femayos who think that self care=a pint of Ben and Jerry's.

Gym, eat, repeat = toxic and destructive mental illness.
Eat, repeat = stunning, brave, and peak health (totally not going to die soon)

Just because this fat ugly woman can't get an athletic man to look at her, she claims they're "defective".

Now, be fair. She won't die slone.
She'll die surrounded by cats.

From the article:
"And that is one of the issues of muscle dysmorphia – you can hide in plain sight. A pair of weighing scales in the kitchen; tupperware boxes of chicken and broccoli in your backpack. Most people view these as harmless, if idiosyncratic, behaviours. And when you look like you are hewn out of marble, it is hard to consider anything is amiss. It is only when you step past the facade that you realise these statue-like men are slowly destroying themselves."
Hear that guys. Packing chicken and broccoli for lunch is destroying yourself?? There is a huge spectrum between guzzling hamplanet and truly body dysmorphic male anorexic/bigorexic and the right way to live is hell of alot closer to the latter.

I think that they probably read some article about muscle/body dismorphia and then concluded that ANYONE who watches their weight or exercises MUST be suffering from body image issues. Not to say that it isn't real, but fatties can't imagine anyone not drowning themselves in cheeseburgers for the majority of their waking hours.

If functioning means being able to lift your fat ass in any capacity, then yes, I suppose he can't functionally move.

This is the latest propaganda wave. News media is toxic.

The mobility thing is only when you have the "pump" from light high rep workout. It gos away in less than an hour. Personally I avoid the pump because I value muscle strength over muscle size. I prefer "powerlifting" over "Bodybuilding" but my bulks and cuts are within the 10=15%BF range which also happens to be the most effective range.
If anything I'm worried about getting too big. Lean toned muscular women are hot but there's a point where most guys think it's too much. Shitladdies of fph, is there a point where men become too muscular? Link the most ripped size that you find acceptable before a guy becomes too muscular or just say no maximum.
