One of my default "at rest" stances is to put my hands behind my back, right hand on left elbow, left hand on right elbow, forearms parallel. I've had fatfucks look at me like I'm a master yogi for this simple pose. They lack the basic mobility to even move their backwards facing palms behind them 1 inch past the plane of their body.

I also occasionally stand on one leg in a #4 configuration, keeps me paying attention. Won't even start with how unfeasible that is when you weigh more than a fridge..

#4 configuration, is that where you put your foot flat up on the thigh of your other leg? If so, I do that unconsciously all the time. XD

Very close! The one I was referring to is ankle over thigh of opposite leg. If you hold onto something and send your hips back, it's a great stretch.
