I think I can parse this. I'm fluent in sjw.

He's a male who is likely claiming to be "intersex", because he thinks having a micropenis and sloppy pendulous tits makes him genderspecial instead of just another gross fat dude. So he's trying to do the thing where he uses male pronouns, and a male name, but calls himself "femme" or a "soft boi". Some dudes do this to move themselves away from just "male", because men are, of course, privileged! So if you still want that sweet, sweet "male privilege" but to also deny that you have it, you can be a "he" with a masculine name, but wear goofy clothes for fat ladies and say you're "femme". Then you don't have to take responsibility for your "male privilege" and you suddenly get to consider yourself more marginalized than even women! It's a game where they're all vying to figure out the perfect Unassailable Oppressed Identity.

Exhibit A: posting on Twitter that he's nonbinary.

Caleb Luna is a classic example of this tactic.
