I'm not sure! I think most apps and sites will use the same algorithm to determine average tdee. I'd probably put my stats into a couple different websites, too, and average them out. Your body composition will make a difference, too, I think people with more muscle mass will have a higher tdee/bmr.

I like to use Cronometer instead of mfp because it lets me track nutrients closer, which is something I enjoy doing because I'm a nerd. Though tbh I haven't been using anything for tracking calories for maybe 4 months. I go through phases of tracking and not.

Ah good idea I'll have a look at a couple of sites. I want to get more into nutrition and macros etc, I track calories but that's about it at the moment, so I might have a look at Cronometer as well. Thanks for the advice!

Absolutely! I love your username, by the way. My favorite thing breakfast. :) Speaking of, and something fun to dive into once you get into tracking nutrients, is food synergy. I actually learned that word here a few years ago- some things inhibit absorption of other nutrients (caffeine stops calcium from absorbing, for example), other things boost absorption. Nutrition is super interesting the deeper you get into it!
