My grandpa passed recently too. His was not exactly sudden, though. Everything should be fine as long as no one fats too hard. Ours went smoothly because everyone made an effort. No one would judge you for murdering a ham anyway so you have that.

Cars, murder is a wee bit more difficult to explain away in the eyes of the law. Unless of course, you live in Texas. If that's the case, the "needs killing" statute can be invoked. Just to play it safe, ferret might be wise to seek a slightly more moderate outcome. Maiming is far more civilized. And it doesn't create that awkward second funeral.

Sorry for your loss, Cars. Although my grandma was 86 and had a few chronic health conditions, it's not like she was sick or in hospital, so the news came as a shock. I was caught completely off guard when my mom called to tell me... I honestly thought she called to tell me she had to put the family dog down (who has been sick the last month or so).

I also have a sneaking suspicion that my obeast uncle is gonna try to stir shit up when it comes time to settle the estate. I'll be sure to make an angry, belligerent post if that's the case.

I'm sorry for your loss, too, [also] my friend. Please take some {{{{{{hug}}}}}} for yourself as well.

It disappoints me that this post is in reply to mine about my grandpa and not mine about my motorsport festival.
