I cut my neck every time I shave too. Don't feel bad about it. Not sure if it's related to the lack of fat or not, but I just shave at night and it's fine by the next morning. Easier problem to solve than a double chin.

My bigger problem is if I wait too long between shaves. If I shave every 1-2 days I'm fine, but if I wait the 3rd day the beard grows too much and I end up a bloody mess.

If you are cutting your face every, or almost every, time you shave then you are doing something wrong. It is nothing to do with having no fat on your face, if it was why are human sized womens shins not absolute warzones every time they shave their legs?

No need to shave one in the to give the appearance of having one. Seriously, fats who are reading this, how is it easier to go out of your way every day trying to appear thin, when all you need to do is just eat less and maybe go ride a bike?
