Would that help with my knees? I mean they are fine most of the time but if I walk for more than 5 hours or 15 miles the right one starts to act up a bit. It's really annoying. I've never been fat so no extra strain on them, not a runner either and I've never had an actually injury to my knee. It just flared up that one time and now does it every so often when I push it.
