She's talking about the inevitability of aging, and she's in her 30s. That's what gets me. The vast majority of people in their 30s are not struggling with a loss of mobility, a loss of quality of life. Hell, for a lot of us, our 30s are the best - it's when we finally move on from the crap of our 20s and really, to steal from Oprah, "living our best lives." A part of me would normally feel sympathy for somebody in their 30s dealing with a decline in health, but for her? Nope. She's done it to herself.

I'm 42 and have better cardiovascular performance on average than 20 years ago.
