Reading a lot of fatties' posts, they seem to think it is A-OK to hate on size zero, but if you hate on them at a size 30 you are body shaming them and GTFO. I experienced some thin body shaming a couple of weekends ago from my mother in law. She very kindly agreed to make my little boy a baptism outfit from the fabric from my wedding dress. I'll never wear it again and there was yards and yards of silk in the skirt and my mother in law is a very accomplished amateur seamstress. Great solution IMO. Now my wedding dress was custom made, but I have it on good authority from the dressmaker that it measured at a UK size 4, or a US size 0. The bodice has a 22 inch waist. On my wedding day I weighed 7 stone 4lb (102lb), and I am 5'1" which gave me a BMI of 19.2, which is well within the NHS recommended healthy weight range. Mother in Law I should point out is approximately a UK size 18, and claims to be on a diet, but falls off the wagon whenever it suits her before she loses any kind of significant amount of weight. I'm heavier than I was a few years ago because baby but only by about 6 or 7lb. Her face was fucking priceless when I took the dress out of the carrier and she saw the tiny waist. She managed to get a snidey little "well I'm glad you've put some weight on since then".
Ummmm, I'm not! I'm currently trying to get back to that weight with exercise and healthy eating, but you carry on with your on-again-off-again diet punctuated by several bottles of wine.
So the fats want health at every size, but not apparently at a size 4/0, at which size if you are a small person like me it is perfectly possible to be healthy and not "anorexic". Wondering how tall you would have to be to be a size 20 with a bmi of 19.2?

Surprisingly not as huge as one would thing, you have probably seen a few. She is a 32 band size, which means she has a small ribcage, estimate around 27-29 inches? So waist would obviously be small maybe 25 inches (do not want to insult her it could be less)? 32 is also smaller cup size that larger band size. So to explain, a 32dd would be the same size boob (generally) as a 34d, 36c, or 38b. The only difference is the size of the ribcage (or fat on the ribcage etc) and the distribution of boob fats.

I was 28E at that point - pregnancy expands your ribcage unfortunately so I'm now a 32. Looked pretty good though.
This is me in wedding dress. N.B. I do not have a fat ass, it's a bustle.

You look absolutely lovely. In between 32dd and 34d here and being tall, no one notices much. I get more comments on being thin. Which I am MEH on. 22 BMI and still have 10 lbs to move around. My obsession with tacos does not help.
