Meanwhile on “My 600lb life” they’re trying to escape a regular room but can’t fit thru the door.

Funny. l suppose that...thin privilege is being able to play anything...(besides the "where has my fat-submerged penis disappeared to?" game, I guess).

They can play Hungry Hungry Hippos. They'll be the hippos, of course.

I wonder if making the prize for escaping a cake would motivate them.

Also I've never done one of these things and don't understand the appeal. Are they cool or what?

I love them. It’s why I applied to work at one. If you like puzzles and brain teasers it’s a lot of fun.

They're a fun diversion, but even if they rotate the theme/story/setting every month or three I just don't see the appeal of repeat visits.

There were a bunch of rooms opened in the UK, but the majority of them fold in a year, or less. (I know "most" businesses fail, but it seems like a niche that struggles to do well.)

Are they all like murder mysteries or something?

I’m sure they brought snacks.

The only problem I see is the people letting them out again of those rooms. As an owner, I'd happily fill up such a room with fatties who'll eventually kill and eat each other like trapped rats (aka the hunger games) and build a new one for regular customers just to get rid of some fatties.
