Literally search squat and lunge mechanics and you'll see that where. The knee goes depends on how people are built. Long femurs, for example, will require a person to put their knees over their toes some in order to execute the lift.

Try being less fucking stupid.

It's the truth. If you have longer femurs it changes the mechanics of the lift. It's not hard to find that information if you could pull your head out of your ass long enough to look. The fact that you don't fucking know this honestly shows you know jack shit about fitness. I said literally nothing about weight and genetics so the fact you have to resort to that in order to have anything to say to me also stresses how weak your knowledge foundation is on this subject.
