A recovered anorexic would NEVER let themselves go into overweight BMI. I don't even think most might be comfortable in the higher-normal.

As a recovered anorexic, can confirm. My highest BMI ever was 21 and I felt fat as shit.

Recovered anorexic as well, I currently weigh the most I've ever been in my life and it's been a massive struggle to not slip into "old habits", never in a million years would I ever let myself become overweight lol.

I'm recovering from an eating disorder, and at my highest BMI of 22, I felt like a whale. I could never imagine letting myself get overweight.

I managed to reach 21.3 after "recovery", now I'm kinda slipping back because of life fucking me over again and this being the only way to stay calm and take my focus away from my real problems, which I cannot do anything to help/solve anyway.
