That is the thing I really don't understand. I am pretty forgiving. A little spare tire, a few extra pounds, okay, I get it, get older, kids, job, hard to be in shape. It takes a lot of dedication to stay in shape and most people, fat or not, just don't have to will to do it, but jebus fucking christ.... How do you get to this point in your life???? This is a person with a mental condition, and for the sake of themselves and society they need to be put away until they can take care of themselves. We do it for other people, like suicidal people, this is the same thing. A family needs to be able to just put these people away for their own safety and if the family will not do it, then the authorities need to step up.
