What a tool.

Why would he bother getting a bariatric surgery and all that medical care if he's just going to threaten to end his life? What a waste.

He's a lazy sack of shit who thought getting weight loss surgery would fix all his fucking problems. He still eats like shit so of fucking course he's plateaued with his weight loss, and has kept all his other lousy habits.

He wanted a magic bullet. He's starting to understand, whether he's conscious of it or not, that there is no magic bullet for his own shittiness. I wouldn't be surprised if he completely self-destructs sometime within the next 18 months.

This is what docs emphasize to bariatric patients is that bariatric surgery does not fix all of their problems. There's a reason why Dr. Nowzardan refers his patients to psychotherapy after WLS.

He also talks about "disassociating". How pathetic is that? He's broadcasting to the world that he has a straight-up mental illness and very little control over his actions.

"I had to work really hard to not get killed by a cop looking out for my welfare".

Hes also in his 40s, a medical miracle he's not dead yet, and somehow plateaus at 400 pounds after the surgery. Makes you wonder just how much is he consuming

At least 3,300 cal/day, according to online TDEE calculators. After WLS that takes deliberate effort. He's sabotaging himself.
