Dude, start counting calories. It's easy. It works. I did it. I'll even offer advice and help if you want. But get that extra fat off; you will be literally amazed by how much better you look and feel. I was. I lost 42 lbs. ten years ago, and recently lost ten or so again because I'd started to get lazy over the winter.

There is no excuse for "chubby." YOU have the power to fix that, and it won't even be hard or take that long. All you need--literally all you need--is a kitchen scale and some very basic addition/subtraction skills. (And with the money you save you can buy some awesome new clothes for your new slim self--I have a closet full of size 0 & 2 dresses that look fantastic on me.) You can still eat fast food or have dessert or whatever you want, you just eat smaller portions and make better choices (i.e. regular hamburger instead of Big Mac, etc.).

(I know it's against the rules to be nice to fats here. I'm sorry. I just can't help myself. But "Chubby," if you don't take me up on it, I'm not going to keep being nice, okay?)

I'm 50 lbs lighter than I used to be and working on it. i come here for motivation, so thanks for the advice and encouragement!
