Okay...

  • Caloric deficit = Body doesn't get all the external fuel it needs
  • Body doesn't get all the external fuel it needs = Body can't use the stored internal fuel
  • Body can't use the stored internal fuel = Body stores all external fuel as internal fuel

Another walking wonder living off of air and love alone? Why does it need double portions, then? Fuck off, fatass.

I'd venture to guess that by the time it runs out of blood glucose levels, insulin will fall to allow burning of fat.

Has anyone ever fainted from fasting while weighting a ton?

You mean... "muh sugahs"? x) I could imagine them fainting during a (purely hypothetical) fast, it's a form of stress they're not used to - as bullshitty as that sounds in that case.

I guess they experience the biological equivalent of integer overflow. As soon as their blood glucose level rises over 256 (512? What's the world record for sugahs?), their body treats it as 0, thus no sugahs left in the blood.

Info is just starting to come out that the longer it has been since you have eaten the MORE efficient your body gets at accessing fat stores. I fast for 8 to 16 hours all the time lately (pretty much by addiction) and the worst you have to deal with is passing hunger pains/pangs

This is why a lot of fat people SHOULDN'T exercise, because of their inherent, lazy, self-gratificating personalities. You don't need to exercise to not be fat and plenty of these people watch one show on an elliptical or recumbent bike and then go home for "double portions!"
