About 4 years ago I lost about 50 lbs, 205 to 155(I'm a 6' male). I talk about it once in awhile and butter barges like to ask how I did it. I run through some things like calories in vs calories out, can't out run your fork and a few personal tips. I have some success stories like my dad who went from 222 to 169 and a few friends that dropped about 10 lbs each. But for each success story there are a multitude of butter golems who ignore my advice or down right scoff at me.
I often get asked "What diet did you use?" or "What supplement did you take?" A sheer look of disappointment crosses the lard barges face when I tell them there is no magic bullet to weight loss. My diet advice is met with "I can't do that". I can't count how times I hear " You can eat what whatever you want as long as you exercise." Have you noticed it's only crisco cretins that say this? But what set me off to wright this post was when my COWorker called me a pansy for eating healthy and exercising. I'm done. Just done.
If lard bards want to get upset because they don't like what I say then I'll tell them exactly what they want to hear. I'm going to suggest the craziest new fad diet, to take the most dangerous and untested supplements on the market and give advice only a fatass would believe. Of course I'll stay away from dangerous advice so I don't get sued but other than that fair game.
I recently learned about some bullshit MLM weightloss garbage from herbalife. I'm going to start there. God, it would make my day to see one of these shit stains get financially ruined by a shitty pyramid scheme. I read on here about negative calories and some bullshit about how drinking cold water burns 40 calories. I'll crank that up to 100 calories since these motherfuckers will believe anything.
Anyone have some bad diet advice only a fatty will fall for?
