Imagine thinking adding more processed shit to your processed shit makes it better. How about just grab something fresh to begin with.

Also I know some people prefer a heavy lunch but honestly most of the ones I know are fat. It's weird. If I had that at lunchtime I'd be falling asleep by 3pm!
